Free Childrens Eye Test

It's recommended that infants have their first eye exam by 6 months, followed by additional tests at age 3 and before starting school, with regular check-ups every 1-2 years thereafter. 

Signs that a child may need an eye test include:

• squinting

• head tilting,

• difficulty seeing in school

• frequent headaches.

Get in touch and one of our friendly Optometrists will carry out a comprehensive eye exam to make sure your little one’s eye health and vision are well looked after. If your child has any special educational needs, we will work with you so they feel happy and relaxed during their sight test. 

Any child aged under 18 years old and in full time education qualifies for a free NHS funded eye test and if needed, a free pair of prescription glasses.
